What is the new Picture My Life™ scrapbooking program?

NOVEMBER CLASSES

Thanksgiving is right around the corner so why not join us to create some cards or scrapbook layouts. You have three classes to choose from this week.

• Monday, November 4 from 1 - 4 at Clerbrook
• Thursday, November 7 from 12 - 4 at my home
• Saturday, November 9 from 10 - 3 at Hermitage Hall

Class cost - $15. Everything (except adhesive) will be provided for you. All you need to do is come join in the fun. 

OCTOBER CLASSES

Time to get started on your Christmas/winter cards and layouts. October will feature the beautiful "Frosted" paper pack. You can choose from a variety of cards and scrapbook layouts - samples shown below.

Classes will be held as follows: Monday, October 7 1:00-4:00 at Clerbrook; Saturday, October 12 10:00-3:00 at Hermitage Hall; Wednesday, October 16 12:00-4:00 at my home; and Monday, October 21 1:00-4:00 at Clerbrook.

Cost $15 - all supplies provided except adhesive.

You will also receive a copy of the new "Holiday" catalog. The CTMH constant campaign runs from October 15 - December 31. If you purchase $100 in product from the new catalog and/or the Autumn/Winter Idea Book, you will receive one "star" product from the holiday catalog FREE!

SEPTEMBER STAMP OF THE MONTH

CRICUT ARTBOOKING CARTRIDGE

Check out the video below to see some of the different things you can do with the Cricut Artbooking Cartridge. For the next eight months, CTMH will be presenting tutorials using this amazing cartridge. I'll be demonstrating the cartridge at my workshops, so why not drop in. Artbooking Made Easy (S01E01): Getting Started with Cricut Artbooking

LAUGHING LOLA 

Beginning in September, I'll be offering two classes - one at Hermitage Hall on Saturday, Sept. 14 from 10:00 - 3:00 and the other on Wednesday, Sept. 18 from 12:00 - 4:00 at my home. Both classes will feature the Laughing Lola paper shown on page 19 of the Autumn/Winter 2013 Idea Book. Samples of the items that can be created are shown below. At Hermitage Hall, you can choose to create 6 cards, 2 two-page layouts, or 3 cards and 1 two-page layout. I will also demonstrate a project using the new Cricut Artbooking cartridge. At my home, we will create six cards and a bonus card using the September stamp of the month. Classes include all materials, except adhesives, and cost $15. I will also have discontinued paper and stamps for purchase at sale prices both days. Please contact me and let me know which class you'd like to attend. CRICUT ARTBOOKING COLLECTION

It's here! The newest CTMH/Cricut cartridge. Whether you are a scrapbooker or a card maker, this cartridge will make your life so much easier as it creates layouts that are totally awesome. Using just one key, you can cut titles, photo mats, icons, mini albums and overlays that are all in proportion to each other. And you can choose the size that you want to use. The picture below shows the same layout in 12x12 and 6x6 sizes as well as a card layout.

SPIN CARD CLASS

Our new product line is here with fantastic colors and designs. On Wednesday, August 7 from 12:00 - 4:00 at my house, we will create the "spin" cards shown below. These are the cards we made at convention in June and are so much fun, not only to make but to send. All materials (except adhesive) will be supplied so all you need to bring is your love of crafting. Please contact me if you would like to attend or if you would like to host a gathering at your house to hold this workshop.

Sample from New Artbooking Cricut Collection

     I've been having so much fun experimenting with the new Artbooking Cricut Collection. Just wanted to share a sample with you. These two cards were made by using the Happy Birthday key. Using the overlay tab I was able to cut a background as well as the star images for the second card. The cake and lettering are also part of the Happy Birthday key and can be sized proportionately to each other. The stamp "You're A Star" is part of the set of three that comes with the collection. If you're a scrapbooker, you can change the size and use this as your layout.

MORE CLASSES IN JULY

It's hard to believe that the year is half over!! I have had so much fun doing workshops with all of you. Some of you have not been able to attend due to busy schedules so I've decided to add a few dates for my classes to accommodate everyone. You can decide what projects you would like to do - scrapbook pages, cards, mini albums or stationery boxes. I'll have all the materials cut and ready to assemble at each class. You just need to decide which projects to work on. So check your calendars and let me know which class you'd like to attend.

• Tuesday - July 9, 16 & 30
• Wednesday - July 10, 17 & 31
• Saturday - July 13 & 20

All classes will be held at my home beginning at 12:00. Hope to see you at one of the classes.

JOIN THE FUN IN JUNE

   It's time to create using the "Dream Pop" paper that many of you purchased in May as part of CTMH's campaign. If you purchased the packet, there is no charge for the workshop. Even if you did not buy the package, you will want to take advantage of all the projects we will be doing in June as shown below.

The scrapbook workshop will be held on Wednesday, June 12 from 1:00 - 5:00 and will feature two 2 page layouts. The card making workshops will be held on Tuesday, June 18 from 12:00 - 4:00 and Wednesday, June 19 from 1:00 - 5:00. You can join these workshops for $15 - all you need to bring is adhesive.

On June 18 & 19, we will also make the stationery box and mini album. An additional cost of $5 for the box and $9 for the mini album will be charged. If you choose to create the box and album, please plan on arriving one hour early.

PLAN AHEAD FOR MAY

May will feature the Buzz and Bumble Paper Packet on page 26 of the Spring/Summer 2013 Idea Book. On Wednesday, May 8 from 12-5, we will design two 2 page layouts. On Tuesday, May 14 from 12-4 and Wednesday, May 15 from 1-5, we will create six cards. All materials (except adhesive) will be provided at the May workshops for $15 or FREE if you purchase the "Dream Pop" special as described below. The techniques of sanding at the scrapbooking workshop and masking and creating your own card background with stamping at the cardmaking workshops will be demonstrated.

As May is National Scrapbooking month, we will create a bonus card using the 'Dream Pop' paper - the special campaign item featured for $10 with a $35 purchase. You can learn more about this at patpolit.ctmh.com.

APRIL CARD CLASSES

Trying to find just the right card to send to a friend or family member? Why not join us on Tuesday, April 16 from 12-4 or Wednesday, April 24 from 1-5 as we create six all occasion cards using a variety of B&T paper from the CTMH Spring/Summer Idea Book. Cost for all card supplies (except adhesive) and envelopes is $15.
